I've heard that freezing flour first helps with the weevils... Also keep the flour in a plastic box, once you have weevils they are hard to get rid of, freeze the flour then put the packets of flour in a plastic container from now on, I saw a thread in the os board about it ... Maybe ask there for effective ways to ensure you can get rid of then completely
Good luck0 -
Rising my hair is coming out in clumps also, although not as bad as it was ... I'm using a nail, hair, skin vitamin supplement from boots ... It seems to help a bit0

Ohhhh that rings a bell!
I think there's some confusion about how long you leave it in there (some people say overnight & others weeks or even months ) - I'll have a look shortly (I have a feeling I've asked on there before about it)
Problem is ... I never have room in my freezer to put bags of flour in :o Will try to have a shuffle tomorrow and see if I can get them in!Rising my hair is coming out in clumps also, although not as bad as it was ... I have started some multi-vitamins & pro-biotics but not sure if they're doing any good ... the ridges on my nails are terrible too (I always have these but even worse than normal).
Honestly, the amount of hair that's come out today is what I'd usually lose in around a month:( I really, really don't want to lose it all .....Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Please please do check it out rising ... You can have an unlimited supple for roughly £7 that would last you a lifetime, you may need to use water kefir though0
