I know the feeling. Because my house is so tiny, upstairs heats up REALLY quickly, and gets really hot, while downstairs is barely comfortable!
I am looking to move within a year, and have thought that i would love either a bungalow, or a house with enough space on the top landing for a sofa and TV, so i can cuddle up in the evenings0 -

Ohhhh that would be lovely!:)
The radiators are only on frost protection setting up there so practically never come on ... and it's still roasting up there!:(
I don't know why they don't build houses like they used to (here she goes) - I remember my grandparents house having a door through to the hall / stairs so you could shut it and keep the warm downstairs! It was fab!

In my dreams i'd love a spare room, which i'd make into a little snug, full of books and blankets so that i could snuggle up too.. I'd even put a kettle, hot choc, tea etc up there, and a mini fridge to keep my choc in

ahhh, in my dreams!!
You've got me thinking there ..... and - funnily enough I was sitting on the sofa bed in the spare room for ages this afternoon (and it made me realise that I never go in that room except to hang up washing)
I could easily take the lappy table up and sit in there .... fine just now, but unfortunately not practical long term as the dog's not allowed upstairs & it wouldn't be fair to leave her down here by herself
My next house is going to be a bungalow - previous one was & I loved it:) Fab for the pets as didn't need to worry about accidents on stairsand great for my joints too!:)
