For the benefit of regular money savers.... ( from dictionary.com) who have never heard that word before
    tip (PAYMENT) Show phonetics
    noun [C]
a small amount of money given to someone who has provided you with a service, in addition to the official payment and for their personal use:
    a 15% tip
He gave the porter a tip.

If it was really nice I would leave 10% of the amount paid.
Here in Leeds I`ve twice had a dart through my card, think they must be wise to nail varnish remover, which makes me feel like leaving no tip at all but the Mrs dissagrees and shes the boss.
On the internet you can be anything you want. It`s strange so many people choose to be rude and stupid.

Have you contacted them to find out why? Found them to be very helpful and reliable.

Yeah, they said as I had the card for the majority of the year there would be no refund.

I would query this with them and quote the Chairman's guarantee on their website:

    "No Quibble Money Back Guarantee
"I'm so so confident that you'll enjoy being a Hi-Life member that once you've tried it, if you're not satisfied we'll refund in full your remaining membership"
    David Heeley - Chairman"

Noticed at the weekend that Zen are no longer accepting them. Wonder if Red Panda(s) and Fat Budda have pulled out too?
