If you could tell us how you managed to cancel without penalty that would be very helpful. I have tried cancelling twice already but I just got fobbed off like most of the others on this board.
The deadline is coming soon as it's nearly 1st June 2007, so please help if you can.

Well done on getting your contract cancelled. Can i ask how you did it, was it by phone/email, and what did you say/ they say. Any help would be appreciated as im meeting some stiff opposition to my contract being cancelled.
Thanks
Imy
hi, i just continued that the price rise wa an increase and pointed towards the fact it seems they knew about the call charges to yourcall and basically said that the rise is an increase without a shadow of a doubt.
they done the smae to me on perosnal call when they increased the prices and I DUG my heels in and came up trumps.
stick to your guns, the company policy is to make it hard for us to cancel = time is ticking recorded delivery letter on tuesday..
good luck to all
ps from the yourcall page -
http://www.yourcallworld.com/tmobile/default.aspx
" T-Mobile’s charge of 12p/minute is still good value for international calls. However, YourCall has been in exclusive talks with T-Mobile to reduce the costs of mobile international calls even further from 1st June.
The service will work exactly like YourCall does today – by dialling our new access numbers, then the international number you require. There is no account to set up or calling cards to buy. The only charge will be the cost T Mobile charge for calling our new access numbers.
Whilst T-Mobile will not include these calls within the bundle from the 1st June, we have agreed some very special rates which start from just 3p/minute. That’s right just 3p/min no connection fee or minimum call charges either. Guaranteed better value than any calling card, even better value than international sim cards! "
I simply kept repeating they know about the numbers and the blurb from yourcall repeateldy states this clearly that they have been talking to them about the numbers.
i asked them to deny as yourcall said they have on the phone and they repeated i would pay a charge and i repeated it was criminal to breach a contract and then not honour the contract even if its being terminatedprofessional mum and bargain hunter0 -

Are you saying they have cancelled your contract without raising charges for the remainder of contract and early termination.Who did you speak to get this authorised?0 -
Susan.
Did they ask you to return your phone?0 -
How did u manage to get them to give you double minutes as a goodwil gesture?
If you could advice us, I am sure many would benefit if not cancel their contracts!
they called me, but i think it was some dept separate from the usual ones as the person i spoke to had no idea about the 07744 thing and had to ask others about what was up. i did't have to do a great deal, just said what can you do for me and they gave me a new better package until my contract ends0 -
Any more cancellation, suceess?0
