My "go to" website last year for long haul parcels was transglobal as i found from experience they were normally cheapest.
However I did a search round at the start of the year to compare all the usual suspects and have found for the types of weights and destinations I send https://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk are beating transglobal every time and are much cheaper than Pharos.

If you have fallen into a rut its worth casting around to see whats changed out there.

And the jiffy bag ripped and some of the contents smashed to boot.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

My quest for the address, e.mail or otherwise for the CEO of Collect+ continues.

If you are serious a few minutes on the net and you will soon find the names of the 4 directors of Drop and Collect ltd company number 06593233 who trade as Collect+ (a subsidiary of HDNL).

Do make sure you check out the list of excluded items though, like a lot of couriers the amount of things they offer no insurance for is quite long.

Why go straight to the top so early? If you not satisfied with their action, where do you go then? Besides, the CEO Chairman etc will only delegate it back down to the teams responsible for customer care.

Blustering to CEO's may well make you feel superior, but in reality it is counter-productive.

    Don't agree.

Customer service people can basically tell you what you want to hear. The man at the top may not know how crap his staff are unless someone tells him, after all he pays the wages, and if he thinks that his company is performing well, and it isn't, then he needs to know who is letting the side down.

My own past experience dealing with RM taught me this.

I, too, am saddened G Whizz/Total Parcels went bust. Used them numerous times the past year and they were excellent when I had to talk with them. A real shame.

I will use ClickAndSendParcels instead and use UPS as always. Does anyone know if they, like GWhizz, include laptops when insuring an item? Thanks.
