Been to the hygenist - decluttered some magazines to them
Used some coupons at Mr T
    Bought a few more presents
Bought a large snow shovel (just in case)

I've put the food away and the washing on the maiden. To put the clothes away next and then some financial paperwork.

Hoping DS3 comes through the door in a better mood than when he went out!

I'm several hours behind you bossymoo! Migrane + paracetomol + meditation = 2 hour nap like a baby  So certainly have that half an hour to myself :D How's that paperwork going bossymoo?

But dusted myself down and did the bathroom. I thought yesterday well the bathroom is fine. Did it today and thought maybe not! Had a ridiculous amount of toiletries out, knocking around, getting in the way.

Sending a parcel of good luck vibes to you goodintentions. :A

Take it easy LameWolf. Sometimes the body just takes over, usually for a good reason, to try and make you rest. So rest. Chill. Watch a nice afternoon film. :A My Mum always said to me to peel pots before work and leave in water, saying all you have to do is switch them on when you're home and you're halfway to a dinner. So right :A

Need to defrag the PC, probably a disk cleanup too, then run the updates/ scans. And dip my toe into the ROD. Some soup maybe first.:)

One thing we tend to do it prepare things the night before, for next day (Mr LW even preps veggies and leaves them in water!!) - maybe your DDs could prepare some of the more difficult/heavy tasks ahead of time (for instance, if there's a full load of dirty washing, load up the machine ready to go) whenever they have 5 minutes before going out, in advance, so that all you need to do is switch it on; that sort of thing.

I'm thinking - scenario - DD has 10 mins before leaving to meet her pals - she thinks "what can I do in 10 mins to take the pressure off Mum?" style of thing.;););)

One of Mr LW's favourite sayings is the "6 P's" - Prior Preparation Prevents P*$$-Poor Performance.:o

Last time around I did put a teatowel down on the settee and would sit in front of the TV peeling veg, then one of the girls would carry the heavy pan out to the hob.

When I used to do the paid stuff I didn't get in til 9pm, so everyone did a bit - not quite a level 1, but enough that I could eat before going to bed.

I think the 10 mins and 6P's will help :rotfl:

  • If I put all the fancy gift bags I have kept, but never used because they are never the right ones for what I want to give someone else, in a charity bag then I am passing them on not throwing them out (and why didn't I think of that before:mad:)

Now just got to persuade myself to get rid of plastic bags.

    How's that paperwork going bossymoo?

Done. Mostly recycling, a little for the shredder, 2 for the "action" pile and a few to file.

Made some Xmas cards with the kiddies. They have made one for each set of grandparents and one each for their nursery teachers.

Littlest one is singing "little donkey" :D lord she's so destructive today everything she gets hold of she breaks

Will go put their tea on soon, just wants warming through and a bit of veg doing.

And sometimes coat hangers, although some charity shops will only accept black ones.

Now, I wonder if the veggie chilli in the freezer is boyfriend strength or me strength? Better not risk it:rotfl:
