well I've ironed ten more shirts, still have about another 25 to go. I've had to stop though, really not feeling too good. Can't put my finger on why or what to do about it, I just don't feel right. I'm exhausted and a bit fuzzy headed. Don't really know what my body is trying to tell me, I've just had some water to make sure I'm not dehydrated. I'm just so tired, and I slept ok ish, only waking up a few times. So unfortunately I don't think I'm going to get very much done today, really do need to ebay some stuff though, will see how I feel later.

Well I had lunch and fortunately felt a whole lot better. So so far I have:

    Done a load of washing
    Ironed in total 25 t-shirts
    Written 12 Christmas cards
And sorted out 20 things to eBay
    Clean sheeted the bed

So not too bad, this evening, I MUST, eBay 20 things, do a tesco order I can collect, saves me tramping round there tomorrow, and click and collect is free this month. I'd like to finish my Christmas shopping too but I'm Not sure I'm going to get time to do it all, but we'll see, roo should be in bed by 7, so that gives me 3 hours to do that..... Hm not sure I'm not going to get it all done. Might have to just bite the bullet and go to tesco tomorrow.....
  • Hi Missymoo81 I have been following your diary which I enjoy reading. You have so much energy. Glad you are feeling better but perhaps you are doing too much. At least your studying is out the way for now. Do you have more essays to do?
Wanted to say well done I know how difficult it can be on your own with husbands away and more difficult to rest during a second pregnancy. My children are both teenagers now but I haven't forgotten. Take care x

Ok well I have got practically nothing done this evening, due to a few things.

Roo hasn’t been very happy so he wouldn’t go to sleep. I got my marks back from my assignment I just handed in, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I spent so many hours writing it and researching it etc etc, only to scrape a 67, now to get a level two I need 70, so I didn’t get it. I am so so upset, as I tried my absolute hardest. Now I don’t know what to do,as my best just isn’t good enough. If I carry on as I am I will just scrape a 2.2degree, which isn’t really good enough to teach, most people only want a 2.1 So now god knows what I’m going to do, just feel completely lost, and OH was a fat lot of good, just telling me that I’m cleverer than him, but then that makes no difference to anything what so ever, as hes the one earning all the money regardless of that fact!!

I’ve spent the rest of the evening, when I’ve not been crying my eyes out and wondering what the hell I’m going to do. I’ve listed 15 things on ebay. But god doesn’t it take a long time. Seriously it took about 3 hours from taking pictures to actually listing. It is mind numbingly boring, I think I am actually going to go through my stuff again and the stuff I will only make a couple of pound on I think I’m going to give to the charity shop, I really can’t be dealing with all this.

Hi moneypenny lovely to see another reader, thank you for your concern, bless you, I don’t think I’m doing too much, not at the moment, it just looks a lot when you list stuff that you’ve done doesn’t it, but bearing in mind theres the whole days worth of hours its not really that much.

Well I’m going to get in pjs and go to bed, I am exhausted, Bloody ebay. Didn’t get a shower, didn’t get the ironing finished, didn’t finish writing my Christmas cards and didn’t finish my Christmas shopping. So a pretty crap night in all. L

Well roo woke me up stupid early, so I've managed to write 10 more Christmas cards. Im off into the city today to do some more of my Christmas shopping. Then off to tesco to pick up my order and get petrol. Going to have to rush around the city, as I hate paying for parking and I only get 2.5 hours. Quite tempted to actually park properly so that I'm not running myself ragged, will be really busy though I guess... We'll see, not going til later anyway x
  • Ah Missymoo, I'm sorry that you didn't get the marks you were hoping for.

It's not much of a consolation, but when I was studying 70% was the bottom margin for a first! But I guess everywhere puts their boundaries differently.

You shouldn't give up on your aim of teaching. A 2.2 is a good degree, and the more experience you get working the less your degree grade will matter. If you're certain that's your likely result, do some research as to what options are open to you for the next stage of teacher training. You may be worrying that you won't be able to get on the course, when actually you'll be fine.

Hey Karma, love the name! Thank you so so much for taking the time to post. You're right I'll see what the Uni says, they're a bit rubbish about replying though, I sent an email with regards to the course 10 days ago and still haven't heard anything.

Jave had the crappest day. Will tell you all about it in a minute :( I am never going Christmas shopping ever again!

    Hi

Well I have had the absolute worst day! Serioously :( I went into the city this morning, a journey which usually takes 15 minutes. it took me 45 minutes to even get anywhere near the car park. I left the house with 35miles in petrol showing on the dash, bearing in mind the city is about 6 miles away, I got to the car park after sitting in all the traffic and it had gone down to zero!!!! So I had a major panic and had to drive past the car park to go to a garage, by the time I got to it the car then says 15 miles of fuel left!!!! Im really annoyed at this point. I then went back to the car park only to find there were no spaces left!!!!!! and people were queing out the entrance!!!!! so I had to go and park in the open air car park, which I really didnt want to do as its miles away and it was raining. The whole reason for parking in the other carpark was so I didnt get wet and that I could drop the stuff off as I bought it, as its all big stuff that i cant be traipsing around.

Then i realised this car park is pay and display, and of course I didnt have any change. So i leave roo asleep in the car and run across the road to the garage to get some change. By this time it is pouring with rain, on my trip back across the road I somehow manage to throw half of my change in a huge really muddy puddle, so there I am in the pouring rain delving about in a muddy puddle looking for my change!!! I then walk into the city to find it is heaving with people, so so busy, everyones pushing and shoving and stopping in front of you. Just bedlam. So I just got the absolute bare minimum and came away. Then I had to go to tesco and pick up my shopping, id remembered I'd forgotten some bits so was going to call in anyway, and bless roo had fallen asleep, so I couldnt do that and will have to go tomorrow.

Seriously after the crap marks yesterday and the crappy day today, I just want to hide under the duvet and not come out. :(

Im drowning out my sorrows with a big cup of tea and a big packet of minstrels, that were bought for OHs stocking, but my needs are far greater than his! I've told him about my day and hes not very sympathetic, he made the right noises etc but i think he thinks im being silly. I just wish he would send me some flowers or something, or a card or something just to show hes listening and thinking of me...... is that too much to ask?

Im so sorry this was meant to be a motivational diary full of good things, but I just feel so down at the moment. I promise to be back on form tomorrow xx

Ok, I was going to hide under the covers for a while, but instead I have finished off my online shopping. I only have a few more bits to get. Some I'll get in tesco when I next go, and the rest I'll get when me and OH go into the city on christmas eve. I am not going again before then, I don't think my head could take it!! I don't even know if I'm going to manage tesco tomorrow, I think that will be just as bad!! But I'm pleased I've got most of OH's presents done.
