Ok roo is screaming the place down, poor thing. I think he might be getting yet another ear infection, I really hope not as he is really ill with them :(

Hes asleep, bless him, I do worry about him, hes really not himself today, hes craving my attention too as I've been so busy, I'm going to spend the day tomorrow doing lovely things with him, going for walks, reading stories and playing and having fun. I feel really bad poor little boy, he's so good really.

Well, I'm in the process of trying to piece together my assignment. I'm struggling with my word count though, I think I'm going to be over the 2200 words I'm allowed, need to make sure that doesn't happen.

Right best get on with it I suppose, god the rains bad, absolutely throwing it down here. brrrrr glad I'm all nice and warm in bed!

Grrrr I can't sleep, might have something to do with the huge bar if dairy milk I ate at 11!!! Tempted to get up and do the ironing..... But then, not that tempted! It's rubbish being awake and OH not being here to chat to.

Roo's ok at the moment, he hasn't been sick yet, but if he has got an ear infection, that will happen tomorrow I'm sure :(

Just heard roo turnover, bet ges all uncovered again, mind you it is quite warm up here for a change, maybe I'll just go and check on him. X

    Morning!

Hope you and Roo managed some sleep last night. The rain was awful here too, just made me want to stay in bed longer but sadly not to be as long day at work today :(

It must be hard not have hubby home at time like yesterday when you had a lot going on. At same time I bet it's great when they've annoyed you, lol :rotfl:My hubby is on late shifts for next few days so I see him for a bit in the morning (but i'm working) and then don't see him until I wake up the next day!

Glad you managed to get your assignment in - is that it for a while or do you have more? How's the bump coming along?

    Hey

sorry I've been MIA today, I typed a long post first thing this morning on my phone, but Roo loves playing with it and deleted it! I've had quite a busy day, my friend popped round in the morning, so I had to make the house into some region of tidiness, so I cleaned the other side of the work top and unloaded and loaded the dishwasher. Then when she went me and roo spent the day spending lovely time together, he can be so funny, I do love him so. I made spaghetti bolognaise for us for tea, and he got in such a mess eating his, honestly, you have never seen so much mess! He loved it though :) plonked him straight in the bath after, of which he then pooed in, fantastic! so I had to sort all that out.

After he went to sleep I decided I would make some mince pies and with the left over pastry some jam tarts. I have to say I am very disappointed. As although they taste scrummy, if I do say so myself, they absolutely fell apart trying to get them out of the tin, so I have 12 mince pies all pretty much in bits! :( as much as I like them I don't want to sit and eat them all, I'm meant to be going to see family tomorrow and I was going to take some but obviously I can't now :( Don't know whether the shop across the road sells mincemeat as I've run out, as I'd have time to make some more tomorrow morning, when Roo goes for his nap. The trouble is, I am renowned for my mince pies, everyone loves them, I don't know why they haven't turned out ok this time :(

I really feel like I need to get out of the house and see people as I have pretty much been in isolatation for a week, with writing my assignment. And I thought going to see my family woyuld be a good idea, but sometimes I find going to see them quite depressive. My dads ill and hasnt been at work for 2 weeks and as hes self employed he doesnt get paid, so theyre now worrying about money and christmas. My aunt hasnt got a job at the moment and her marriage has recently broken down, so shes really not looking forward to christmas. I said I'd go and see my sister, but her kids go to their dads for the weekend so shes free all weekend and her and her boyfriend like to go out. She invited me to go out to lunch with her, which would have been fine as I stipulated going to a family place, but shes now changed it to a late lunch and going to a bar....... erm I don't really want to be taking Roo into a bar saturday late afternoon..... So I'm not sure I really want to go and see my family really, well I do, but I come away from there sometimes, feeling worse than when I went! So there's a part of me that thinks I should just stay home.... but I'm getting a bit bored of rattling around here to be honest... hmmmm decisions decisions.

I still have lots of jobs to catch up on in the house. But I am trying to get there slowly. Some things are in effect, but it has happened naturally so I am really happy about that. I cleaned the batheroom whilst roo was in the bath (before he was a poo pants!) I've put all the washing in the washing bag ready to go downstairs in the morning. I bagged up all the left over spaghetti and froze it, and tidied up as I went along, which is unheard of. Usually the kitchen looks a mess for atleast 2 days after I've been cooking! And I even cleaned up my mess from making the mince pies, and even set the dishwasher going. So I am definitely getting there. Just need to get the house in order, in order for me to be able to set the rest of my routine in motion.

Also need to finish off my christmas shopping, still have tons to do for OH.

Anyeay think I'm going to go to bed, the late night last night and early morning has knocked me sideways.

    Nights.

Hey well I've been out all day, I did go and see the family in the end and it turned out to be nice. My dads house is so christmassy it was really really nice and I had a lovely steak pie for tea :)

Roo was really good today considering he was stuck in his push chair for a lot of it.

OMG I'm just finishing off a bar of dairy milk and there is a piece of rock hard something in it, seriously I thought my filling had come out. What do you do when something is that wrong, I could have broken my tooth!!

I#'m sitting in bed watching food network. Tomorrow I have a couple of big things that I need to do:

Put atleast ten things on ebay
    finish off my internet shopping
    tidy the kitchen

Then on monday I need to go into the city to try and finish off the rest of my christmas shopping. I also need to get some lampshades, and go to the dreaded tescos for petrol and shopping.

Tuesday I think Im going to ask MIL come round for the day to look after roo, and then I can get on with the deep cleaning. I still have shed loads of ironing to do, but I think that is going to have to wait until monday night for that, hmmm I also need to write my christmas cards, so I guess thats wednesday night, as I'm sure I wont get the whole house clean in a day on tuesday and I'll end up spending tuesday evening doing that too.

    right I am falling asleep.

Chat tomorrow, I hope you're all having a lovely weekend

Blimey, sometimes I feel exhausted just reading about your days! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Good idea about getting the MIL to come over and help with Roo whilst you get some bits sorted. I hope you can sort that. It's amazing just how much there is to do in the home despite always doing things???!!!

I haven't even brought one Christmas present yet, let alone cards :eek::eek: Don't think i'll have time to do anything until next Sunday. Hey ho, it'll wait - i'm not going to stress.

Hope you have a restful night xx

Oh I don't know about that choc, I always feel super lazy that I've hardly done anything! Hence why my house is such a mess.

Well today I've fed, me, roo and the fish, made the bed and made a start on the ironing. I know I wasn't going to do the ironing today but there was such a mountain, well there still is, illfo more when roo has a nap. Ive also managed to write the list of who all the Xmas cards are going to, well I've made a start on it anyway.

The house is still such a massive mess, when ever I clear up an area, I find I have to use it and it's just as messy as when I started. I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle. But I guess that's because a lot of things dont have their place yet...... I'll get there.
