    I think they should have acknowledged within 14 days and replied within 35 (check the BPA Code of Practice).

    If they don't then you could simply email and say you consider the fake PCN cancelled, since they have missed the deadlines within their own industry CoP, for replying to appeals. Say that you are disappointed as you were keen to cost them the POPLA fee but to cease and desist from any contact now or risk their BPA breaches being reported.

    Ignore Happy Trickster's advice - he's Mike Perkins who works for Combined Parking Solutions a PPC !!!! Strangely, Combined Parking Solutions were recently banned from accessing DVLA data because of gross misconduct.
