Sorry Haven't read any post so get well soon to any feeling poorly ((Hugs )) to everyone.
Sent DH Asxx While I changed beds and had a shower Told him I was having shower first so get in shower mobile rings I guessed it was him so thought I won't bother to answer as it won't be important it then rings twice more so get out of shower to answer:
Me "Whats wrong"
DH " Asxx doesn't open till 10 but you can go in but its only 9.30"
Me "So"
DH " Well I don't know if it's worth waiting"
Me " So What exactly do you want me to about it"
DH " Well what should I do?"
Me " Well I'm dripping wet but if you want me to run over there and demand they serve you right I'm on my way"
DH " there is no need to be funny I think I will go to the newsagents then come home"
Me " Just do what you want"
So he arrives back with no shopping then asks me what are we going to do about the shopping, when I said in my sweetest voice don't you worry you watch the re-run of the football I will go he waited till I went upstairs and called out I'm just off to Asxx!!!
I wouldn't mind but we only needed a loaf he could have got that at the newsagents :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
BTW 30 mins later he still hasn't come home!!!
probably snuck off to the bookies :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Why is he such hard work?

Hi little_sweetie!
Re the budgeting, T & I do it all year round. Try, where possible, to stick to what you've been spending each week/month, but don't be surprised if you can't always achieve it. That's what I'd say to anyone. This government will carry on trying to [STRIKE]screw us[/STRIKE] take all they can from us, but no matter what, we have to just do our best. Worrying about anything like that never helps, so just go with the flow and be happy.Right now you just look forward to..and enjoy Christmas!
I truly hope your DD is feeling much better soon.
Thanks Sue, you are quite right, it's best to take things as they comeI just couldn't decide whether to allocate more to the food budget from our spending budget or not. Our LPG has rocketed in price too. The total spent on it for 2012 is £240 more than last year :eek: Put on another jumper methinks.....
I wish you and T a very happy Christmas with the family :kisses3:
Oh LC aren't men hopeless sometimes... I hope he returns soon :rotfl::rotfl:
Happy Christmas everyone! Have a great time and a happy, healthy 2013

Put me down for this, missed the start but have a little in my savings pot already. Probably £20+ in there at a guess.
I'll only be saving £2's, 50p's and 20p's and have a target of £300+ on opening 28th November 2013.
Luckily I have NEXT years Xmas funds in hand with savings this year, but it will be a nice treat if I get my £300.

No need to ask to re-join, your number is the one you get to keep forever, so go get your pot of dreams, a knife and a glass of wine, tip the pot upside down, get the coins out with the knife & drink the wine while doing it, then get yourself over to SPC5 and declare your total (if you want to that is, no pressure!) :rotfl:
Thank youu!.. showed I didn't read the first page again once more :P good job the first post is there though as I had deleted my member number off my sig thinking i'd get a new one and had to keep scrolling down to find my name haha.. and that is a good idea :P I will let you know if I manage to empty out all the contents0 -

Now how exhausted do you think poor Sue would be if she had to allocate everyone a new number every start of a new challenge the poor girl's head would explode and my spreadsheet would be up the wallSparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Thank you so much for your lovely greetings, little_sweetie, T & I wish you and the family a very Merry Christmas too...bug free! Re the LPG, it had to happen I'm afraid...one up all up.I was thinking about all the crops going up last night, maybe you would do as well to put a little extra aside for that - after all you could always pot any left over!
Have a lovely time.
Oh dear, LC 2, more calamities in the LC 2 household then. Still it's worth it to give us all a laugh. :rotfl:
Aha...staying true to your word then, Purplemumof2, very wise.
Our DGD's just home from B!!ts and is shattered from working all the hours possible as well as being at College. She has 5 good dags off now, bless her.
