  • Hi everyone
Had a little windfall today, nice little surprise cash in the mail from an auntie who died 3 years ago. Her daughter kindly forwarded to me, as it is taking her this long to sort her belongings out. The envelope had my aunties writing on it saying it was for me. Well, I cried buckets!! We weren't very close, but she thought of me when she was dying, how sweet is that? I feel so humble.

Mommyof4, what a lovely story :) I hope you get something nice to remember your aunt with the money :)

£1.28 potted for me tonight. Got the majority of my shopping done (and wrapped! :T ) but spent soooo much money :o. Ah well, at least next year I'll have my sealed pot money to spend guilt free! :j

    Afternoon

My pot weighs 3.03lb today. It is full. It is only small, around the size of a 400g tin of beans. I got it earlier thsi year from dot com gift shop. I have one more to use then I am moving on to a more suitable sized tin.

    Merry Christmas everyone xx
