I am very pleased with myself today, I went on line to see the best deal for Carlsberg for OH - Mr A was cheaper by £3.00 and I had a £2.00 off voucher so I can pot £5.00 today, very happy

I haven't been out today as its too cold and windy but will pop my usual £1 per day (along with the two more for friday and saturday) and I have a £2 for the owls head and 65p in scrapnel.

I'm with you, mossy, in putting in for a 'snow day' (or 2) request for tomorrow morning!! :snow_grin Any morning actually. I love it!!! Wouldn't it be lovely if the kiddies (and us ) had some on Christmas morning!!!!

More a case of why not, Nessa, I got [STRIKE]bullied[/STRIKE] co-hersed into giving outgold stars (by our notorious trouble twins, who will remain nameless, but you'll soon be able to judge for yourselves!) so I decided to do it just for particularly nice 'welcomes' then jakes-mum put a particularly helpful piece on about how we could buy or sell things on !Bay and that merited a gold star too. So, yes, it's for being helpful at such times...though of course not all times. I used to get stars at school too...though I'm not admitting just how many years ago that would be!

Great news about your savings on the C!rlsber!!! :jTHAT's a great way to add cash to your pot!

Oh mishmogs, not at all sure I'd be telling folk I was an mankie ex pat. I thought mankie (or is it manky) meant you weren't up to much; ie. manky weather/gifts etc. Ah, you be proud of the real meaning for you as I am of DH's and my Hampshire origin. :grinheart Good savings!

The family outing was cancelled for them , but we still managed to slide a couple slippery silvery ones into the pot . *Enter the daddy dance . I've got to practice, Christmas Day will be here before we know it*

1st potting over the weekend was: £7.82 change lying around after my mums wedding!

2nd potting today was after a night out on the town! lol : €6.53 including all these futty cents!

2 big pots kinda but it's only the start! Hoping maybe to get to a certain target.. would love to save up for getting married in a year or two!

Managed 2 x £1 coins and a few bits and bobs during the week.

Hopefully things will pick up once all this Christmas malarky stuff is out of the way

Intend to give pot a bit of a boost again this year with the survey rewards.
