some change in the pot before bed last night, dunno how much as forgot to count it

DS had a record amount of money on his birthday  so after he ordered a game he wanted, I whipped the rest out of his hands quick and hid it away for the summer hols (he's not thanking me now but he will on those loooooooooong 6 weeks when he wants to go bowling/cinema/shopping and any other number of things im not paying for
) unfortunately he is exactly like his dad and there is a rather large hole in his pocket that money just slips through . . . usually in the local sweet shop.
Its times like these I love my DD just that tiny bit more than usual, she is exactly like me and refuses to part with a single penny unless severely cajoled, I just hope she doesnt end up getting visited by 3 ghosts when shes older  :rotfl:SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £2470.95/£1000 (19) £0/£10000 -

Walked to doctors and chemist to collect prescription and to the bank this morning instead of taking the car - exercise plus petrol saved

Managed to get cheap pressie whilst i was out for DS and DD to give their dad for father's day - pair of "best dad in the world " socks and a keyring - bargain at total of £2.98!
Potted £10.03 in xmas pot and £12 in insurance pot
Found the potting is really making me stop and think about what I'm spending - I want to stick it in the pot rather than waste it. Was tempted by the smell of the pasties whilst I was out - the butcher makes really lush ones - but decided I'd rather not spend the money and pot it instead!Word for 2023 …PROACTIVE 🧡 2023 -decluttering campaign 1020/2023 ⭐️⭐️Saving towards paying off car in November…£720/£1500 🚗0
