Hello All,
Sue UU - my thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
A special "hello" to all the newbies.
Jakesmum - lovely cake, he is a very lucky boy to have a mum that bakes such lovely cakes for him. Hope he enjoyed his birthday, and that you start to feel a bit better soon.
I have been fleeced by my niece and nephew this weekbut I don't mind, its almost a pleasure being fleeced by them
. However, have managed to pot some change. I didn't count it before it went in the pot though.
Ohhh and update on nephew and his lack of saving savvy.....he's spotted my sealed pot, picked it up and felt the weight, asked some questions along the lines of "are there £1 and £2 pound coins in there?", and the next day announced that he has now sellotaped his money box up so that he is less tempted to take money out of it and he is saving for Christmas......he says he wants to buy me something nice as we fully intend to have the most fantastic Christmas this year after all my cancer treatment will hopefully be coming to an end. I am one very proud auntieSPC No:118:j (6) £468.74 (7)

I was bored, so I broke the seal and counted the contents.
I know it was wrong, and I do feel guilty, but I have put the money back and resealed it.
