stacey92, don't forget to include the savings you already have when it's count up time in November.

So, that's another 9p, Emily, and they'll all add up no matter how small they may seem now!

No luck for anyone in the lottery yesterday then - unless the ultimate winner/s are with us and keeping schtum?! DH & I didn't even get one number. Ah well, there's always next week. :grinheart

I hope you're all relaxing in preparation for another busy week, folks. ...another cold week! :(

Afternoon all. I am feeling very pleased with myself today. Yesterday I had to go to a meeting and took our church elders with me (I'm the only one who drives) and one of them gave me £5 to cover petrol . I told him there was no need as I had to go anyway (and I'm too cheap to pay bus fare when they all have bus passes so go free!) but he insisted I take it to show his appreciation. And guess what? I put it in my tin! :D it was money I didn't have and money I wasn't expecting so in the tin it went.

Don't think I've put so much in my pot so easily :D

  • Still barclay card bashing - end is in sight! plodding along potting my £2 a day with odd bits of change.
