  • Hello everyone

I'm afraid I've been AWOL due to feeling really rough over the last week. At least I've not been spending :)

Welcome to any Newbies and big CONGRATULATIONS to any expectant mums, nannas and anyone with birthdays & anniversaries....phew....I can't keep up! :D

FREE LISTING weekend again on good old eB*y so get rummaging folks!

Only a few pennies potted recently :( but I'm going shopping later today so anything left over will go in.

I do hope Sue-uu feels better soon, poor soul.

    Have a lovely day peeps!

Big Hugs to anyone that needs them....

And I hope you are feeling better soon Sue...xxx

Another 6p in the Pot from me....Not much but it all mounts up in the end....
  • Book that coach, LC2 and jakes-mum, I wanna go to NYC too!! Ooh Sparky, aren't you lucky to have all us lovely ladies clamouring to accompany you?! ;)

Sue-UU, get well soon, we are missing you.

Welcome indigowarrior, and congrats on your baby news!

Crimson, all sounds complicated, not to mention expensive; hope you're not being ripped off there.

Well, mucky drizzle here so doing lots of laundry and sorting out cupboards and drawers as it's free listing on Fleabay this weekend. Maybe the proceeds should be the start of my NYC holiday spends, tee hee :D

Will take the small (and big) people to the Kids AM showing tomorrow morning, that should keep them quiet for an hour or so while I go and get myself a new sports bra... my last two gym sessions have been quite uncomfortable (and not only just because I am very unfit at the moment!) :(

A cheeky £1.80 in the pot after the veg shop run yesterday and another 90p this morning after the bakery run, so that's quite a healthy couple of days for potting this week.

Also pleased to see that my supermarket savings stamps are already up to £45 and it's only April! Maybe I'll be able to manage to save a big £200 for the seasonal shop this year, that would be good (the savings stamps are what my bogof etc savings go on instead of putting them in the pot, so could they count towards my pot total or is that cheating?!)

Hope you all have a lovely weekend :)

£2.01 potted today. I was overcharged by £1.01 at L*dl - paid by card and they gave me the refund in cash so straight into the pot :rotfl:

I think we should have a SPC trip to NY - sounds like too much fun just for Sparky and Dreamer Helen :D

Dollydog - I share your approach to doing the washing....any cash found goes in my pot (with the exception of £20 I found in DS's jeans a few weeks ago....although he did give me £5 for my pot to compensate for my trouble  )

I picked up a leaflet about the new postage prices this morning - I've got a few bits for fleabay but a bit worried about under/over-charging for postage.

Have a great weekend everyone :T
