Crimson - I promise no one would want "the bug". I lost that weight over 4 days.......i wasn't at my prettiest during the process. BUT......really thinking positive and am sure that tomorrow I will feel even better.
Helen - sorry you are feeling down today. Tomorrow is a new day and a bit of crazy dancing as suggested by Crimson can only be a good thing.
Again, thanks for all the well wishes from everyone.SPC No:118:j (6) £468.74 (7)

Good evening luvvly potters.
Managed to pot £1.01 this evening - won £1 on the Grand National sweepstake at work and as everyone had used spare change to bet with, I had lots of lovely shrapnel to feed my pot. Also 1p bedroom-kill added too - whoopee!Sealed Pot Challenge - No: 223

Today I'm potting 10pSPC '21 #0750 -
