Its veeeeeeeeeeeeery easy to sell on FB Sue-UU, just pop your town name and the words selling page into the search bar to find a page set up for selling in your area, ask to join, add pictures of stuff you have for sale. If anyone wants it they will either comment on your picture or private message you, you arrange a day and time for them to come and collect it from you and then give them your address :D

Best part is they pay you in CASH!! :j:j:j Its my favourite way to sell as there are no fees, people view the items before they part with their cash so no returns, and as I spend most of my life in this house people can turn up whenever and the odd no show doesn't bother me ;)

You do occasionally get people asking you to deliver and its up to you whether you can or if you want too, a lot of people will say 'yes for a couple of quid toward fuel' I only drop off if they are in my town (its quite small) or I'm already going to where ever they live.

That's great, jakes-mum, thank you so very much for all that help. I guess it's the same way if you want to do one as a 'shop' (like on EB). Certainly a lot less worry about returns etc. Much appreciated - and earns you a gold star for all your great help! :staradmin

Great news about your FB sale, Saver88!

Well, you earned another gold star, LC 2, though I questioned it for a bit....just as you questioned my sanity, cheeky b*ggar! :staradmin WHAT - NO EGG?!! That's appalling and the first time I've heard that. I'd do as jakes-mum suggests and march it back again!

You be as nosey as you like, starnac, good to see you here again. :D

Your days will come, sfm82, anything to sell to earn some money for your pot?!

dinglefoot, how about having a registry office Wedding, then have your marriage blessed in Church next year? At least that way all those that count would be at your main Wedding! BTW, I know somewhere where you could have at least 2000 lovely people at you Wedding - let us know in time so we can buy our hats etc!!!! :happylove

Another gold star for you too, MissE! :staradmin

    Sooooo I'm potting £5.63 which finally takes me over the £50 mark!!!!!!! :j :j :j :j

Excellent work, Helen!!!!! :T See, it didn't take you long at all, brilliant work!!

Ruth has the right idea with regards to your DH's presents, jakes-mum. I sometimes think our men are worse than us!

Have a lovely Easter Monday, folks, but do keep warm as that's a bitter wind - again!

Another £1 shopkill in the pot today. Nearly got a trolleykill yesterday but the bloomin' trolley was stuck fast inside some others so I couldn't move it either way to eject the £1 coin..

My old ma use to say 'If you don't ask you don't want and those who ask don't get' hmmmm so i use to ask anyway!

My DH n e v e r gets me what I want for xmas or birthdays, so now when he asks me, I just shrug my shoulders (and then I go out and buy what I want!).

Hello to our newbies (we seem to have lots of new potters this year which is good), hope you enjoy our thread.

Only had a lonely £1 to pot today, had a number of NSds which is good but not good for my vw campervan.

Time to get tea underway, curry and rice....yum.. have a good evening all...
