Oh mossy sorry to hear your little one is poorly I agree that it's awful to be torn between work & children. You feel guilty if you can't work and still guilty if you have to leave the poorly child with someone else. Hope she's better soon and just enjoy the day...

good morning all
just returned from Tesco and put in 1p shopkill ! also managed a few bits of silver and copper over the last few days have no idea how much ive got in pot but it seems to be filling up nicely.

Oh, Mossy sorry to hear you've got a poorly little girl, hope she soon feels better. Its horrible to feel so torn, no matter what you do, you feel guilty
My little girl came down with the chicken pox this morning, exactly 2 weeks after my little boy got it, Im just hoping that she doesn't get it as bad as he did. Poor little man even had them in his stomach and was puking up blood :(:(

Nothing to pot so far today as only been out to do the school run. May have something to add to the pot tonight though...

Well Miss Lily and I have been baking up a storm this morning, she has made some buns that we decorated with butter icing and smarties so they read LOVE! for grandad and daddy who are busy doing DIY and I have made jakes-dad his very favourite coffee cake and got him a couple of packs of sweeties to go with it.

Had the ever familiar dawning look of horror from jakes-dad again this morning when he was again informed its a special day (get it every valentines and anniversary ) and have just had a bag of malteser bunnies thrust at me after a hasty run to the shops :rotfl: hes so romantic :rotfl:

Chucked my shrapnel in the pot and had 2 x £2 coins for the £2 coin tin.

Better go as I dont want sparky to hear the tapping coming from his suitcase
