£4 went into the pot today.. bringing me to a grand total of: £9.50 hahah.. but every little helps :P i'm not that bothered anymore as I realised even though less change is going into the pot.. i'm also spending a lot less.. which has to be good in the long run!

:j:j oooo how exciting
you sound just like my dad :rotfl: he was desperate for a son and ended up with 3 girls, so when I fell pregnant and we found out it would be ds he went mad :rotfl:, then my sister obliged with another dgs for him
. We were good though and both had a dgd for our mum after, we're considerate like that
shame my dd is such a tomboy though, mum never did get to buy the pretty dresses for her :rotfl: for some reason she blames me
:D
I bet your dad was happy - someone to watch the footie with!! After a trunk full of Barbie dolls dressed in bright pink (admittedly, Ken also made a casual appearance on occasion), I am itching to get some real toys. My poor youger brother still has teethmarks on his forehead from where I bit him when we were young kids because he would not let me play with his train set  so I suppose I was always more partial to boys toys. They are so much more exciting.
My middle DD lives in a top-floor apartment with a huge balcony and I told her that we will have to invest in a baby gate so that the boys cannot get onto the veranda and abseil down the side of the building whilst we have our backs turned
!!
Still shopping and NOT potting, sorryyyyyyy! Priorities, priorities .......... I promise to be better next week.
Thanks Sue-UU and rosyq for the good wishes.

Yes, It replaces everything
Ive got the bobbly drier balls in my tumble drier though, as that softens things up a bit and cuts down drying time Sealed Pot Challenge #101

Had a quiet couple of days. I potted £5 on Monday after a friend paid me back £5.00 for some Internet purchases I did for her. Only potted 6p today as I'm off shopping tomorrow and need to keep some change for the car park - I use a cheaper one and walk into town. The exercise does me good and I save on parking charges!! Will be a "lady who lunches" but will add more to pot to make up for it!!sealed pot member 100. Saving for a dream holiday for 6!!
