Thanks for the well wishes, DD is a little better today. She hasn't been sick which is good and has a bit more of an appetite. She's still hot and lethargic though which isn't like her at all.Miss Lily proudly handed me a piece of paper folded in 2 that she had written 'To Mummy Love Lily' inside and informed me it was my valentines card (love her) then sat across from me and got more and more stern, 'whats up' I ask. 'Mummy, you didnt get ME a card, or some chocolates or a present for valentines day!' . . . she wasnt mollified when I offered her one of daddys chocolate hearts to make up for it either as 'I want my own chocoalte hearts mummy not 1 of daddys!'
im sure I never had this grief when Jakes was little :rotfl:
We had that with DD a couple of years ago and now every year she mentions it!! Needless to say she had a card even though DH and I did not give each other one.
DH did come home with a Waitrose Valentines meal deal. Poor DD had plain heart shaped toast!!
Right I best get off, dinner is in the oven and I'm surrounded by laminated sheets that need cutting up ready for phonics after half term!Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!:starmod: Emergency Fund Savings - #148 - £10/£1000 1% :starmod::xmastree:#083 SPC6 £63 - SPC7 £90 - SPC8 £63 - SPC9 £54 - SPC10 £26 - SPC12 £70 :xmastree:0 -

What's up with you then, Ruth, unusual for you to lack enthusiasm. BTW, that which I told you about the other day, gave me terrible indigestion, so I wouldn't bother.
WOW Rosy, that was fortunate that the pot didn't break!! :eek: Well done on you remaining strong and resisting the urge to count.
Anna3431, it's quite alright to add the money in your other pot to your SPC one, no problem at all.
Glad to hear your little darling's just a little better today, mossy, lets hope after another night's sleep she'll be better still. :A
