Great news about your dad, Barbeduk, was in the same position a few years ago and remember how stressful it was. My dad is now in a residential home and is being looked after very well (even if he doesn't appreciate it!) Keep smiling x

Well, this SPC is definitely an addictive saving incentive; a NSD today and felt very jittery not putting anything in the pot. So I dug out my supermarket trolley pound and put that in as it felt like having the DTs not potting anything!! Weightlifting muscles will now have to be used on a basket next shopping trip, so that helps the WW efforts too (silver linings, however small...) :A

Apologies Sue & LC2 I got the date wrong I know, auto pilot, as we've been opening on 1st December for almost every other challenge! (goes and stands in the corner in shame)

Anyway, not had any change for the last cuople of days, so I threw a £10 note in plus change from food shopping went in.

20 days to Chicago & New York trip

Congratulations...You just joined

All you have to do now is wait for our lovely Leader Sue to give you a Number and then you can put it in your Signature to help Sparky and then you're on your way...

In the meantime...try to find a nice big Pot that you can Seal and put all your change into....Also, make sure you read Page One as it's really helpful and gives you hints and tips of what to do with this Challenge...

Also...do subscribe to the Thread by using the "Thread Tools" at the top of the Page...that way you'll never lose us...you're stuck with us for Life now :rotfl:

Do come back and let us know (frequently ) how you're getting along....We're very friendly and will keep you going if you feel a little down...

Just another 41p from me this morning....Not much I know but I keep plugging away with little bits....I'd rather do that than put in a load of money that I need and have to take it out again...

So that makes a Grand Total of £10.96 altogether....Which I know WILL get bigger and I'm looking forward to seeing it grow...
