"Sealed Pot Challenge ~ No 6"

Hello Everyone.

Cleared my purse of change last night and added 50p to the pot, then found 30p in the hall tidying everyones shoes away.

This morning my son was very excited when he spotted 50p on the sofa under one of the cushions and insisted on putting it in the pot.

So thats £1.30 added.

Hope everyone is well, or feeling beter. Not sure if I believe the snow forcast, but the weather is looking a bit grim here.

Hi all, please can I join, I've just sealed up an empty quality street tub with loads of sellotape and put 18p in, which I found lying around in my teenage girls bedroom, amongst other things x

I really do hope you're soon able to feel a lot better, elzabunny, it must be rotten to have to endure it until such times as it allows you to feel more comfortable and able to move around more freely. Your hubby sounds a real treasure...buying you flowers too, bless him!

No pennies potted for me but after yesterday i don't mind so much. I lost 2lb at the gym though i'm not counting it unless i manage to keep it off next week cause i've been poorly

YES! LOL, I asked my nephew to sing it too me and he came out with that lol, I was thinking that he'd made it up himself (being a three year old an all lol)

Sue After listening to the new version, we couldn't resist and make another one..i wont share it with you though (we did have quite a lot of fun too!!)


Knocked myself out yesturday whilst opening the cupboard so i've been "bed restrained" by OH whilst he pots all he comes home with Then whilst making breakfast this morning, the mirror fell off of the windowsill and on to my head and smashed, so i've also been banned from the kitchen (But i did sneak in there after OH went out with his twin, and put a load on WM )

Have 5p workkill in my pocket to pot.

Well done to peeps selling stuff and potting some of the cash. My boss has tons of stuff on ebay at the moment and it has finally energised me into sorting out some stuff to put on there!! I am collecting things in a bag and have started writing the listings so that I can whack them on in one go at the weekend. Normally it takes forever when I think up the listing as I go along! :eek:

The money will be going in to the deposit savings account rather than my sealed pot for the time being though. Hope everyone has had a good day, definitely hit the Thursday wall today as did some of the kiddies!! I hear there may be chance of a snow day next Monday, wouldn't say no to it!! :dance: :snow_grin
