£1.27 potted today. All 3 of the kids came home and handed me roadkill. Their friends must think we are really badly off!

I need to tidy the bedroom, bound to find some lurking under the bed!

Evening lovelies

Went round dad's today to wait for a sofa (Oh my! it's so comfy!) whilst he was at work, ended up getting up late and running! (YES! Running!) to my dad's as my brother had decided to come round with his son too, so i let them in, we played games and sand nursery rhymes all morning (Did anyone else know that they changed the words to twinkle twinkle?!)

Took dad's tree down and cleaned the kitchen for him so I proudly earnt £10 for the pot YaY me..We worked out that we've got enough for two return tickets to france already!! Ahh I can't wait!!

3 x £2 coins, 4 x £1 coins and 2 x 20p coins potted tonight = £10.40

£59'ish I think and hope and now nearly on track. Another week or so and then I'll just need to average £10 per week. The more the merrier though and I would like to beat target rather than come in under.
I think I'll take a photo of all the cash at the end before cashing it in. lol

We won't be creating a UK shortage of coinage will we??

Hello everyone:) Just popping in to say £0.85p potted today. Still not able to get out and about -so frustrating. Managed a short walk down the garden, just for the fresh air. What a beautiful day it was here today. I have held off the painkillers until now, but have given in -I hate taking them. It's the choice between not being able to move about/sleep at all and getting some sleep and moving about a little bit, so I've chosen the latter. At least it's keeping me out of the shops:) and given me lots of time to work out ways to save money:)
DH is being fantastic, I would award him a medal if I could and he even bought me flowers yesterday. So being a bit poorly does have its upside. Hugs to everyone else feeling a bit poorly/under the weather, tis not long until spring.

Hi every1, hope you are all well? Was planning on a NSD today but I had to buy some lunch as I left mine at home

However I had £2.70 change so input that in the pot... not long and I will have £10 I think, (rough guess)the most I have ever saved!!!!
