Happy New Year to you all!
Started the new year savings by adding £2 to my little pot. It's getting full already! Might have to buy a new one in the sales to move on to as I don't think my jelly bean tin will last til November!SPC6 no 1882£2 savers no 66VSP no 280 -

£3.32 added to the pot this morning.
OK so supposedly women's insurance went up by about £300 in December, I'm sure you all know this. However, yesterday I got a quote on a comparison site for new insurance as a guide to see how much i would need to save roughly for April. My quote was for just over £700 a year (cheapest) which is £500 less than i paid last year....... If this is correct, that's a huge weight off my shoulders. Luckily, I pay yearly as that £700 turns into £1,210 when paid monthly...
Come April I also have to tax and MOT my car and it needs a full serviceThe joys of owning a car...
Anyway, enough of that. Hello new potters welcome to the threadSealed Pot Challenge member #071 VSP #4

Thank you Sue-UU and Sparky for all your hard work keeping us going with our pottings. Its appreciated:j
Well I popped into a charity shop on my way to work yesterday and spent £1 out of a £10 note on 4 brand new tea towels and the change given was £1 coin, so this will do for my £1 per day and 4 x £2 coins so popped them into the owls head. quickest £10 I have spent!
Also got £1.87 from DH for the VW camper so a good day all round.
Right O, off to work we go......

Ooh, it's a bit addictive isn't it. Have just been given a 2 pound coin in my change and it's gone straight in the pot! When I sealed the pot up last night my daughter asked me what I was doing. Once I'd explained she put in £5 from her piggy bank, bless.
Thank you for my number, happy potting everyone!:)Make £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020
