Just £34 put away today but it all counts. Would have been more but just paid for two tyres £170 so lucky that anything was saved. Found 10p on the pavement this morning so that was put in the pot for next payment into account :rotfl:

    Savings to date £1764.85/£3000 - 58%
    MARCH £62.38/250

£14.72 in interest this month in my savings account! Not checked the 'wedding fund' that has now evolved into the 'house deposit fund' but reckon that will have earned £10 in interest and now we are starting to cook on gas!

I personally don't count interest onto my running total as I want to save 12k in capital and let the interest I earn be a bonus!

Fingers crossed that I can save a decent amount from Aprils pay and then allow myself to get that pair of trainers I promised myself 3 months ago!!!!!

Well done everyone, great work. I am slogging on, paid lots of bills today without going into the red, got to see that as positive. I will be back to the savings soon I hope!

Another £155 for me, mixture of interest and some rounding up savings.

Can't believe it, but looking forward to end of month when I can save some more!!!

Been tricky saving after the birth of baby boy but I have £467 in savings at the moment. Ack. Better than nothing I guess. I couldn't save anything in March and at the end of February I was in hospital.
