haha no beer for me Steph :)

im trying to eat little and often. i get the nasuea first this in the morning and then before bed. bleurgh!

had a chat with hubs and in a couple of weeks once he has got his money built up to cover his personal dd for a few months then he will be giving me as much money as poss...half i will put towards the house and the other half towards baby fund. this will mean that savings will grow quite nicely but can still chip away at my debts with reaosnable force :)

last payment for my mint loan in a few weeks so that will be great. took the loan out to save my ex and therefore save the house so i resent this loan a little bit but at least its done & ihave kept the house :)

:)I can remember struggling to stay awake to watch Eastenders at 7.30pm :o. As you said it will pass though, by about 22-25 weeks I had lots of energy.

Morning LL - Hope all is well, and great news on the drawers. You will need to let us have a picture once complete. I wish I was that creative as it would I think have saved us a fortune..lol.
Anyway hope you have a great dayxx

  • i cant afford to buy everything brandnew and i've only recently painted the wicker chair in there white so thought would look good and match nicely. and its sturdy enough to put a chnaging mat on top as well so multi functional :)

trying not to turn this into a baby diary as i cant imagine that to be very exciting.

Car tax is due in february but using the break in coucnil tax for it. Hubs is looking at breakdown cover & if its cheaper to get joint he said he will pay for the joint for us both as mine runs out in march so that would be good :)

he is in such a better mood and so much nicer now he is working. he wasnt ever horrible but your could see he was down so the change in him is excellent.

  • Morning LL,

Glad hubby is feeling optimistic. Not having a job really damages your self esteem, (Especially men with their fragile ego's ;)).

Now he will feel like he is properly contributing, very sweet of him to offer to sort your car insurance out as well. Bless.

Does that mean you will have that spare to put against your debts? If so that would be a lovely extra payment :T.

Feel free to ramble about baby stuff, Its nice to reminisce :D, and be a little bit jealous :). Hubby drew a line at two children and would'nt agree to anymore :(.

hope you have a lovely day. Stay safe & warm. xx
  • yea should be able to make a few extra payments.
i get paid next week but still got another week on that until official payday. got £150 to last me two weeks so should be fine and then will be back on normal months after the xmas early paydays. 5 week months are proper killers so will be nice to have some normality again.

we are away in february for a few days so need to factor that into my pay as well.

Steph you are so right regarding male egos. he does feel liek he is contributing now so thats great. :)

  • no new snow here this morning but due to have some this afternoon & all weekend apparently. this works well for me as i'm gonna spend the weekend snuggling up with hubs. keeping warm, watching rubbish and just being together. we will hardly spend any money (maybe a couple of quid on crisps :D) coz we've got love film so we're gonna pick a tv series and hammer through that.. also borrowed some DVDs from a friend. will be nice and snuggly and make me happy that we're not spending money. we contemplated going into town for lunch or to the pictures...but that's £30 straight away and i just want to save as much as possible. and who wants to go out in the snow anyway!

see look Steph.. i can ramble on haha.
