I ordered a ps2 game. I contacted hitflip after 1 week and 4 days. They said they had stopped the persons account as he'd not sent other things out either. They give me my flip back. Then about 5 days later, the ps2 game came through the letter box!. I messaged hotflip, not sure if i have a reply yet.
There should be a function to show it has been dispacted. Everything takes so long to arrive, and i have put some things there myself and sent them out the next day only for the other people not to even bother to mark them as recieved. It's a brilliant idea, but very flawed.

Doing great mate got rid of lots of old books and exchanged them for some good dvds like "A few good men,Teq Sunrise and some other classics on to about 30 swaps so cheers for the site

I've received nothing so far, everything I order ends with me receiving an e-mail saying the other person no longer has it :mad:

On the up side, got all my flips back and spent them on two more items that are better than the first ones I ordered. Finger's crossed these turn up!

There is SO much wrong with Hitflip it's untrue. I spoke to one of their people a couple of weeks ago and it was excuse after excuse as to why Hitflip wasn't working properly. The biggest con is that they have thousands of DVDs etc listed but only a tiny fraction available. For example, they have put up over 4570 pages of DVD's which you can scroll through. However, after the first 30 pages, none of the DVD's listed are available. The method of flip ratings is bizarre - for example 'Heat' is listed as 4 flips but can be bought on Amazon for about £1.50. You request a DVD and a week later you're told that it's no longer available. 18 cert DVD's aren't available atall even though Hitflip have no worries about listing them to make it look as if their library is full. THE WHOLE THING IS A CON.

I am currently at war with Ian Wright from Hitflip "customer service" after emailing him to ask why I have recieved 50 emails in 2 days about items that are supposedly in my watchlist (they arn`t). His replies where rude & unhelpfull, then he terminated my account, losing me all my hitflips & credit!

I have sent a letter to their head office in Germany to let them know about him, plus written a review in ciao!

Hit 'em all Lucifer - they deserve it (and I almost wish I hadn't started this thread, they are such a hopeless company.)
