Hitflip - free DVD

Ok - I looked at the site but I'm still not sure....

1. If you want to list your own dvds to be swapped, do you have to pay anything (aside from postage costs to send it out to the receiver, assuming someone out there actually wants it;) )?

2. If you manage to swap your own stuff, apart from the flip/flips you earn do you also get at least 79p from hitflip to be able to get another dvd/cd from the vast collection available or do you actually have to credit your account from your own pocket?

Well after a promising start, recieving 2 free CD`s, i`ve given up on this site now.
I have 2 `Flips` to spend, but try as I might I cannot find a single item available. All the items marked "immediatly available" become unavailable as soon as i put them in my request list. :mad:

Well so far im doing well after a bad start ive made about 15 swaps, dont get me wrong I do get a few that dont send them out but Hitflip give back the 79p and the flip after about a week.

A tip: When you register enter the promotional code dvd_kostenlos, this will give you 1 flips and £0.79 credit.

Now once you have registered goto settings and click redeem voucher. Then add WelX20G1M04. this gives you 1 more flip and another 79p

Swapped a few CD's for DVD's, but I will not be buying any more credit. I can't see too much future for the site. It has no concept of market value for most DVDs, ones which are £5 in the shops are listed as 3 flips. A CD album that cost me £3 is listed on hitflip as 3 flips. It's very hard to search for items as well.

Hi Edna, I still didnt hear anything, I requested a CD ages ago, as you may remember, which was 'immediately available' but its never arrived, is there somewhere on site that I can check to see if its ever been dispatched? Just incase its been lost in the post. Thanks in advance xx
