Menu that comes down, Send Support Ticket

Thanks, but what I can't figure out is how to tell them which offers I'm raising a ticket about. There's just that general link, whereas in Swagbucks you have a link for each offer in your pending section. When I look in the pending section of Rewarding Ways I can 'view' the offer, but it doesn't give me an ID or anything. Am I missing something?

I did send a sort of general support ticket to ask about my pending offers, but they haven't replied.

look at your pending offer (view) and a little box comes up with the details and a signup number #. I'd copy the info in the box to the general support ticket.

Replies from support, not sure as not contacted them, could try facebook page.

I wonder if anyone can help me, I have just completed an offer and in the area where you click to 'submit' (ie: confirm that you completed it) it says 'Please Enter Required Information In This Box' - which information does it mean?

    Thanks in anticipation.:D

    Gifthunter (Elite GPT)
Sign up and earn 50 points only
    Amount: $0.25
Notes: Please Enter Required Information In This Box
Popularity: This offer has been completed 3 times.
Crediting Time: 1 day average and last credited 4 days ago

I would imagine it is asking for an email address in the box, the one used to sign up for the offer ?
Plus you have to earn 50 points on the gifthunter website to earn the 25cents on Rewarding ways

Just this second signed up but wondered how you went on with it, as in bold writing on the signup page I noticed it said anybody found to be repeating offers on multiple sites will be banned. Are you being extra careful not to repeat things?
