Evening diary
Seems abit quiet on the forum tonight. Obviously I am the only saddo with nothing better to do.
Put a few more bits on #bay tonight. Think it is 31 items now :T:T
2 more weeks left in January and I am wishing it on. February financially is a little annoying. Got to pay an extra months council tax to catch up and also got to pay £249 final bill to BT (business account con). So not alot is going to change to my totals in February.
Going to try to sell stuff to get some extra money into the account so that February makes more of a dent on my debts.
Have been invited out for dinner as a family Saturday. I like it when its get togethers at peoples houses, its so much cheaper than the pub.. At the moment its the difference between us affording to go out and not.
Definately another NSD tomorrow. I won't have a car so can't go anywhere.
Kiddies went to bed excited, because we have snow forecast for tomorrow and they are hoping on school being closed and having a sledging day :T. Bless them.

i might be wrong but i think ebay charge you a % of the final payment not just for what you stated it at, i know i had a big ebay mission of kids clothes last year, started EVERYTHING at 99p but still got charged £5odd! as i say i might be wrong but that might be why your fees are so high xx0

Afternoon all,
Yes I forgot about how much they charge. £47 though . Nevermind.
Well.. Had a chaotic but fun day today.
School was closed, so we met some friends and went sledging from 9am till 2pm. Had a slight MSE disaster as then ended up at the village pub afterwards to warm up and have a brandy. Children were starving so bought them a £2.40 bowl of chips each. Think the bill will be about £15. Hubby is skittling own there tonight and will settle up the tab then. Am hoping he will pay for it out of his extra money that he earns sometimes. Fingers crossed.
Ds is at his friends for a sleep over tonight, so its just me and my little 6 year old DD. Thought we might make something nice and choclatey after dinner and then we can curl up on the sofa together and watch telly.
Not much else to report really. Really worn out after all that exercise. Just rustling up some cheese & bacon pasta and then i intend to crash on the sofa.

Morning Diary,
Things did'nt all go to plan yesterday..
Ds came home at 9pm from his sleep over upset, apparently they were about to watch a movie called Paul and a scary trailer for Saun of the Dead came on and completely freaked him out. Abit naughty putting on a 15 cert when he is only 8 .
Poor Ds felt abit humiliated when he was home, said he had made a fool out of himself, getting upset at what he saw. I tried to explain to him that they should'nt have let him watch it and even I don't like watching movies like that. Deary me.
I ended up having to sleep in his room because he was so spooked.
Hubby went to skittles last night and settled up the tab from our impromptue warm-up at the pub. £37.10 .
B#gger.....Did'nt think we had spent half that much, its amazing how quickly it adds up.
Feel abit annoyed with myself, but I was told that hubbys skittles was cancelled, so I thought we had his £20 budgeted amount to use, but then it ended up going ahead.
I suppose I need to look at it that it is my first stray away from the budget since I started November 2012, and it has scared me enough that I won't be doing it again in a hurry.
Its so easy to get swept along and accidentaly spend the money.:o0 -

Awh poor DS - I hope he's not too traumatised and that things usually don't seem too bad after a good night's sleep.
...and yes, sometimes you have to live a little, but it's just annoying when it cocks up the budget isn't it? xxEmergency savings: £0 saved / £4000 target0
