  • Evening Diary,

Received a phone call from PostC#shforgold this afternoon offering me £35 for 22gram of gold :eek::mad:.

I told them I was expecting more in the region of £200. Scrap gold sells for more than this on Ebay. Annoyed now that I did'nt just sell it there.

Anyway the lady said she would get it reviewed and would call me back tomorrow. Wonder if they will jump up to £200, very doubtfull.
Will probably have to wait forever for them to return it all now :o

    Nevermind. Live and learn.

Exactly what I thought. I have read that you are best to haggle with them as they will often go in on a low bid to start with, but I did'nt expect THAT low.

    Cheeky B*ggers xx
  • What!

Can you get it back if they won't up it to a reasonable level?

Definately. Nowhere near the right amount :(
  • Hello!

I'm going to do a soa for myself I think. I can't understand your figure of 672.5 in your summary.

My maths isn't always the best so I will probably be missing something. Can you help :)
  • Afternoon diary,

Sorry I had disappeared for a while. Friday morning my broadband went dead. After spending the whole day on the phone, I finally got to the bottom of it.

My new broadband provider (T#sco) had switched me over to them, even though they swore they had'nt.

T#sco switched me to them, but haven't yet sent me their welcome pack with the router etc so we are stuck without broadband until it arrives.

I am at the inlaws at the moment, thats why I am able to post this.

Still sticking to my budget and even though I haven't been able to check my internet banking, I haven't spent any money, so all NSD's :T.

We should hopefully have the broadband back by Tuesday/Wednesday so will catch up with everyones diaries then.

Hope you have all had a good weekend. Miss you all :)
  • Aw, we missed you too :D Xx
