    Too generic and wide ranging. You do not need a licence to watch streamed content UNLESS it is from a licenced UK broadcaster and it is not mirroring a terrestrial transmission (by up to 15 minutes +/-) this will not be deemed to be in step with any terrestrial transmission. Broadcasts from non-UK broadcasters even if streamed live, have no licencing requirement.

    However, users need to be aware if they have the capability to view streamed content as live, they may have to defend themselves from the accusation of live viewing. (unlikely, but still a possibility under the Comms Acts).

    all I have read and it is a lot does not say it's only UK live feeds that need a licence but any live feeds.
