Hi,
I have rcvd a parking charge notice from CPM today but they have not stated which car park it is in. It looks a very familiar wall to the BP garage that I use frequently but I use this garage to put petrol in and use their shop but the have included a pic of both my car and a private property notice. I did not realise that I couldnt park there (if this is from the garage). It does state its on bexley road and that is where the garage is and I havent parked anywhere else. Do I have to pay this ticket? Absolutely baffled me as I dont park anywhere that I shouldnt.
Many thanks0 -

Hi I had a ticket on my van at the flats I live in bracknell Berkshire as I was parked on the grass where lots of other people park while the builders are taking up all the spaces, I've been signed off work due to mental health and taking olanzapine and clearly states I shouldn't drive so I left my van there over night and came down to a sticker fine on my windscreen, so I appealed stating I cannot drive after I've taking my tablet for insurance reasons if I hit something or someone it would be void. Now I've just had a reply to say it my appeal was unsuccessful and I must pay £60 within 14 days or it goes up to £100. How do I stand on this please, I've read the posts on this about CPM just worrying that they clamp and take my van. Thank you in advance0

I got a ticket parking at where my friend play rugby at London Welsh. I am in the RAF and have been out of the country for a long period of time and come back to find these letters saying I owe money blah blah blah and has been passed onto this debt collection company and say you will be issued with a ccj and lists people who have been given these ccj's I have googled their names and find nothing only that what was their website. Its far passed the appeal stage and I highly doubt they would listen to my excuse of being out of the country. Should I completely ignore it or contact the debt collection agency number?0

Hi, I got parking ticket on my car from UK Car Park Management Ltd from Worthing, before Christmas. I appealed straight away and sent my appeal by recorded delivery. I have just received a reply back in a second class envelope to say I have been unsuccessful. I had been visiting a friend in Chichester and her house and she gave me a visitors parking permit to put in my windscreen but I still have a ticket. After reading the other threads here should I pay this ticket???? I am very worried about this. Please can someone reply soon. Thanks so much
Can I ask what happened in the end?0
