good grief no! nothing meaty, dogs eat meat so you want to stay well away from that. I wouldn't want to turn your compost with dog poo in it - tee hee.:rotfl: :rotfl: Horse poo however is fine as they just eat hay and grass.0 -
Thanks ! Am loving my composter too, our wheelie bin goes out now only half full so I should be able to cope with 2 weekly collection when its enforced.Just owe Dad £2500 for a new car

I am so keen to get my new compost bin started. but .... it looks like I might be moving in the not too distant future.
so I dont know what to do, is it best to leave my compost bin all nice and clean and then move it with me? I certainly dont want to leave it behind; I'm hoping to have a proper veg garden etc when I move. I'm a bit gutted because I was raring to go with it, but now I'm glad I waited. Great to be moving of course but I am impatient to start composting!!! Am I sad or what?... don't throw the string away. You always need string!

Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying :mad:0 -
