Happy news about the new dog, .. we lost our old rescue dog Christmas week (PTS), and want to take another, but will have to wait until the time is right as our hearts have quite a bit of mending to do first. Love to all x

Merry Wanderer, I really feel for you at this time, we are still feeling a bit raw ourselves. We didn't anticipate bringing another dog into our home so soon, but here we are. Sometimes I think fate just steps in. Having said that, I still come down in the morning looking for our wee dog who is gone, even picking up tins of dog food and treats for her without thinking when out shopping. My husband has taken to Tweet very quickly, I think it may take me a little longer.
