I haven't. What e-mail did you use to e-mail your advantage card number?
I clicked the one in the email boots.customercare_team@boots.co.uk£2021 in 2021 no.17 £1,093.20/£20210 -
I checked and mine hadn't gone on as of 11.00 am today - if they are doing it alphabetically, my surname starts with T, so guess I will be near the end. Hope they go on soon though!September Wins : One Direction posters, Kappa Football.

I got the points credited to my boots account on 29th of November. I didn't get an email saying they were there. I checked on the off chance and there they were.0

Just an update for everyone.
The firm responsible for the mistake lost the Boots contract which included a lot of in-store point-of-sale. This error in regards to the Barcelona competition seems to have been the deciding factor in Boots taking their work elsewhere. The contract was worth £10m.
The agency was Bezier and they've just announced redundancies for most of their staff (at least 400 people).
I feel sorry for the staff at Bezier and I'm not sure how I feel about Boots. I think that while this is very unfortunate that it's just daily life. Someone made an IT error and send an email to the wrong mailing list. This caused a PR mess for Boots and they withdrew their business from their supplier. Sad but Just how it goes I guess.
I don't think though that anyone here should feel bad for getting their £10 from Boots. No-one here caused the problem that led to Boots withdrawing Bezier's contract. And actually a lot of people here were genuinely upset (even though it's nothing major really) to find out they'd been informed of their win in error, so I think the £10 apology from Boots is fine.
Just thought I'd let you know how it turned out.0
