  • Fair enough to have human error and a mistake - but they should have emailed out to everyone again by now and phoned back those they promised to call.

    They've ignored people post on their facebook page as well - wouldn't have hurt them to post saying looking into it etc..

    Might be a genuine mistake but a lot of us will have been in the same 'wow - omg - moment' and now feel totally gutted.
    Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!
