:A Well done becksta22. Glad to hear everything went well. Enjoy being a mother.

lloyds defended both of my claims on wednesday (day 28). I have been given a court date of 25th June. Quicker than I thought it would be. So now the real fight begins. Have to send all my info by 11th june. GULP. Wish me luck.

I would send them as soon as possible if their last day was Friday. Dont give them a chance to slip a sly acknowledgment/defence in!
I too have slipped through Lloyds net! ( they actually acknowledged my claim 13 days late!!!!) and i had already requested judgment.however since i am going through the court route, the court i am using take at least a week to get round to filing the paperwork. Apparently they have a huge backlog.

So now i am just waiting for my judgment to be issued.

    GOOD LUCK.:j :j :j

Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS becksta on your little bundle of luv :heartpuls

I posted court forms off to court on Friday for my mum in law..so should we hear from them this week?

Do we need to start a court bundle now? If so, is there a checklist somewhere to help do it?

It may be a week or so before you hear back from the court. The court bundle will only be needed if your bank acknowledge and defend your claim ( it may not get that far) and you are given a court date.
Many of us are requesting judgment by default when the banks do not acknowledge or defend.
Hopefully you will be able to do this too.

    GOOD LUCK
