    You are clearly the idiot.

Its all quite simple, you want benefits, you do what they ask of you or you dont get paid. You can accept the new arrangements as is or you can be awkward and say its not in your current JSA, they will then say 'OK, here is a new JSA, if you agree to it fine, if you dont you get nothing'.

As usual you are trolling the forum looking for arguments like you always do, 'Im not doing this, Im not doing that, they cant make me' and you are right, they cant make you agree to anything, its your choice, BUT, if you dont agree YOU WONT GET ANY BENEFITS!!

problem is now you dont know whether your coming or going and what they will stop your money for.

I have a space for 6 jobs do i have to fill it each fortnight and a space for agencies and also a space to say where i have handed my cvs too?

Do i have to hand out cvs every fortnight to different places and write them down. You will soon run out wont you?

The form has changed and i dont think people know what they should be doing?

And as I have said to you before, you havent signed on since the system went live, so they will tell you all about it next time you sign on.As usual you are running your mouth off without having spoken to THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO MATTER, THE JC Staff.Im not surprised you cant get a job!:rotfl:

You can agree to the changes there and then, or you can say 'Its not in my JSA', they will then say 'OK here is a new JSA with the new ujm changes included'.

You have 2 choices, sign it or not.

Sign, and you get your benefits.
    Dont sign, and get nothing.

    Then who is the fool?

Had another phone convo with a senior adviser at JCP today.

If you are claiming JSA you have to sign up and allow them access to your account so they can monitor your searches, this replaces the written diaries currently used.

You can deny access but if you do, you wont get any benefits. What they are saying is if you want to claim benefits, this is what you have to do and if you dont want to, thats fine, but you wont get any money.

You can't replace written diaries. Unless there is a space on there for you to note down other sites you have searched. Again this seems to be a case of one public sector employee saying one thing, and another 1000 public sector employees saying 1000 different things.

You're not wrong there mate, its a shambles. The thing is they cant really get you all signed on to it in advance as the site only went live Monday.

As many have said on here before, if you want benefits, you have to do whats asked of you.

There is, you add all other activity onto the website so its all in one place, instead of writing it down.

Each person you speak to is saying different things.

If you speak to 5 different people they will say different things.

Many of the advisors have no sense, they have blindly followed rules for years, do what they're told & expect jobseekers to do what they're told as well.

Of course you don't have to allow access to private data, private online activity done at home or external computers to DWP.

    It's Private !

Where? I don't seem to have that. Is it something to do with the previously mentioned problem accepting cookies?
