Really, and where have you been getting your info from? Websites and blogs full of people who like most of us, know nothing about this and are just spouting off unfounded garbage?

Well then Sarah luv, you wont have anything to worry about will you?

The only ones who have anything to worry about are the scroungers who lie on their diaries about what they have done to find work.
Like you have just said I do!

And you've phoned up spoke to another senior advisor who's told you again something different to what you were told yesterday, who thinks you're a smart ar se for questioning, tells you you need to do it, that's his job & attitude,

Yes, they are going to encourage/push you to give them access.

the main issue is people will have to apply for everything it matches them to regardless because it is not unknown for the jobcentre to try and sanction someone for not applying for an unsuitable job.

Yesterday I spoke to a general adviser, spoke to her again today, she admitted she didnt know it all and told me wrong info yesterday, she then put me through to a senior adviser, who gave me the facts.

I said it sounded unfair, she said if you want benefits then you have to meet their requirements, if you dont want to do as they ask its fine, you dont have to, but you wont get any money.

If you can afford to live without their money then good luck to you in your fight, I cant afford to, so Ill have to tow the line.

You are expected to apply for every job that matches what your looking for, thats always been the way, now they can actually see if you are doing it. Its all designed to make life on benefits harder, so they can catch out the cheats.

you will be required to upload your cv and it will match you to jobs that way.
    edit.
also even if you do a search as soon as you bring up a job you must either apply or reject and select from a drop down menu your reason. your reason could be perfectly fair but they could easily disagee and sanction you. so once you look at a job you will have to apply for it just to have piece of mind.
