Yes, did this for Harvey Nichols and Gap so can't see HOF being any different

Nope. When I contacted them it was about my main card and the supplementary card had already received its cashback.

Does anyone know what gift cards are offered at CarPhone Warehouse? Also, if you load your card from the carphone warehuse, can you use you amex card from carphone warehouse online, and still get the deal, or does it have tp be a bricks and mortar shop?

It varies shop to shop, some sell none, some sell iTunes and Apple vouchers etc.

And yes, the purchase has to be made in store.

This morning I emailed Amex through the contact info on Amex page when logged into my Amex account, about cashback credits not showing from H of F and Pizza Hut from 12th Feb. Had a reply back saying credits have been added and will show in 3-4 days. Great customer service.
