I'm sure I saw somewhere in this thread that if you take something back which was a deal, then the deal is also removed. Fait=r enough. But does it become valid again?
That sounds a bit vague, so I'l give an example. I spent £41 in carphone warehouse on a phone for my son. I got £10 back on the deal. I now find he has already bought himself the phone, so if I take it back, unopened, and exchange it for a £25 gift voucher, and have the other £16 credited to my card, will the £10 stay, or will it be removed?

If you have £16 credited back then that's still over the £25 threshold so yes the cashback won't be taken back.

Your problem however is that Carphone Warehouse don't do refunds or exchanges on phones and don't sell gift cards or offer credit notes.

They do gift cards. I've enquired, and they told me they do - not online, but in store. You can only use them in store though - not online.

I was told the complete opposite, must be a store-to-store variation. Still, they don't offer refunds or exchanges on phones.

finally sorted, the credit didnt show because the shell garage i used shows up on statement as a garage name and not shell so they will be adding it manually, still dont know why i dont get notifications when i unlock a special but that is the reason given to not receiving the credit, confused by the whole lot but got the credit

P.s I would also like to say that american express have been really helpful with all their communications, unlike 4square who seem very uninterested and their only response was to contact amex, they never actually answered anything i asked

I've been trying to claim some cashback for transactions I made at Christmas on my Lloyds Avios Amex.

Their support is like banging your head against a brick wall. They seem to give random "answers" and don't read what you've asked!

Worked at the one in the Galleria at xmas...does anyone know if the outlet stores sell vouchers?

Is that a gap outlet as they show up as the offer, put it into your app, it will show if the special there
