Just wondering if it's been applied automatically or if it's as a result of contacting them via the form above. It's been about 3 days since I contacted them and not had any response. Not bothered of course, now I've got the money!
Mine is the same name for the cashback for shell. I've found contacting the foursquare help through the online message to not be very helpful, I usually get the answer that it could take up 2 billing cycles.
Did the HoF offer today with my last Amex card, not notification *sigh* so fingers crossed its all ok!0 -

% of mobile phone users running Windows operating system? 3% in the US according to this http://www.zdnet.com/smartphone-operating-systems-the-rise-of-android-the-fall-of-windows-7000011004/. Assume UK won't be all that different.0 -

There is a screenshot here that shows the highlited T&Cs of each special and it does say that it can take up to 2 billing cycles. Presumably Foursquare dont have direct access to your Amex statement so can't mention timeframes exactly and as it depends when you spend/receive the rebate, you may, like me, miss the 1st statement date by 1 day - hence 2 billing cycles.:j Only just realised there is an IGNORE button to filter out narcissistic trolls :j0 -

3% is still rather a large number, we're still talking millions of handsets and rather large a market still to simply ignore. Still, I get your point-it's a numbers game.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ok, two hours!
Seriously, there is already a WP7/8 Foursquare app, so, presumably it wouldn't be that difficult to add some code to make it AMEX compatible?!0 -

Yeah it doesn't make much sense. Must be a licensing issue or something.0 -

You can check-in using the Foursquare website using the phone's browser...0 -
Evening all.
Hit my first Foursquare headache this week as others have trying to get the third party issuers to chase credit statements. After much ping pong yesterday for a few hours (Amex can't access Lloyds accounts and Lloyds don't directly deal with credits, nor have much awareness of the offers), a most helpful guy from Lloyds named Bruce Arthur managed to take on the problem this morning and had it sorted as best he could within the hour, plus £35 for the inconvenience the day before. Bottom line was that they still can't help directly, but he did give the correct email address for third party issued cardholders (ie Lloyds and MBNA as well I suppose) to contact Amex on with any Foursquare credit queries. I tried it today and Amex responded within hours. The address is:
Registeredcardsupport@aexp.com
Gold dust, and frustration over who can deal with it now over. Hope anyone with similar problems has equal success.
Cheers.

Hi - new user to this thread. I have a Lloyds TSB American Express Duo.
I used the Piza Hut £15 off £30 at Chester, can I use it at a different Pizza Hut or is it just once?
Also, I was checking my statement for the Shop Small that I did just before Christmas and there is a £25 credit from UK REGISTERED CARD NON LONDON 826
Is this the payment from my shop small purchases (I went into 5 different shops). I wasn't expecting them to pay it in one go so I am confused if this is the right transaction?
Thanks0 -

Thanks
That UK Registered Card Non london is a manual credit. Someone must have noticed that they didn't go on there automatically at Amex.0
