  • I love Indian call centre's. Especially for Virgin. Much more helpful, and give you free stuff in the mail (HDMI cables, Hubs etc.) They are working for their 60 Rupee's an hour and ensuring customer satisfaction over profits, whereas the UK is the other way around, for BOTH companies

    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

When you've done this, please copy and paste to me the response that appears regarding what Sky broadband products are available to you. === Your broadband speed depends upon the following four factors: 1. I have been with sky for years and never once has them being Indian stopped me from taking out different products with them.
what is your issue with them being based in India? They speak English, they are 9 out of 10 times more polite than most UK based call centres and I work in one so I know!!!

Well I don`t know what Twang you speak but I`d prefer to be without it thanks!

I feel sorry for the Sky rep in all honesty. I wonder if they're posting to a similar thread entitled: "How to deal with moronic members of the general public"

From the transcript they did really well. They didn't rise to your arrogance and managed to keep their cool (unlike you).
