Please click HERE to check your Broadband availability using your postcode.
Once you've clicked this link, please enter your house number or house name, and your postal code.
When you've done this, please copy and paste to me the response that appears regarding what Sky broadband products are available to you. === Your broadband speed depends upon the following four factors: 1. The distance to the local exchange. 2. The speed of computer being used. 3. The quality of the internal telephone line. 4. The amount of people on the Internet at peak times.
Kirty: Once you add Broadband packa you will also require Sky talk package

Well I don`t know what Twang you speak but I`d prefer to be without it thanks!0 -
When I`ve been ringing Orange for the past 3 weeks and telling them the same things time after time then yes it`s a chore, and my problem still isn`t rectified.
Like I said If you can argue my actual point instead of the old "You don`t like Indians" card then go ahead!!
Maybe if you'd move past repeatedly asking them if they are Indian, they might get to your query!I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0 -

That was my query smarty pants. I wanted to know where the Tech support was based!..0 -
I used to be with Sky but due to budget cuts I'm no longer a Sky customer BUT when I had to phone them, their outsourced call centre people were normally (I say normally as I did have one glitch!) helpful & competent. On the one occasion I had difficulty, I asked to speak to a UK staff member & I was transferred without quibble.
Actually I only spoke to the outsourced call centres when it was an out of hours call, say after 8pm.0 -
And they told you early on

He clearly tells you on line 17 "it is based in India and Uk".
Best of luck in your search. I believe plusnet is purely uk based.0 -
