You: I have Orange Broadband at the moment

You: If I change to Sky will I be without Broadband while the changeover takes place?
Kirty: The day it is transfere on that day there will be stoppage for few hours only
You: And do you have UK based technical support centre?
You: ?
Kirty: The customer services number is 08442 41 41 41
You: I didn`t ask that?
Kirty: Once you call the team they will connect you to technical support team
You: Can you asnswer the question I asked please. I asked if Sky have a UK based technical support centre.
You: Hello

Kirty: It is based in India and uk
Kirty: Are you facing a technical problem?
You: And I assume you are in India seeing as I had to ask you that question 3 times???
You: I`m not with SKY, I told you that earlier..
Kirty: Are you an existing customer with Sky having Tv subscription pacakge
You: Yes, but I said I`m with Orange Broadband.

You: I wanted to know if you have a UK based Technical support. . and you don`t so I won`t be giving you my business.

You: Why would I want technical support. I haven`t asked for technical support!

I've been with sky for the last three years, they have call centres in the uk and India, if you get though to India a polite request to speak with a uk operator has always been granted.

And I believe the first reply I had was rude. "and your point is". What sort of pointless reply is that.

If you have a comment to argue my point then give it.. don`t just say "I don`t like Indians"

Speaking to Indians is such an ordeal for you (from other threads as well as this) that the only conclusion can be that you don't like them.

As mentioned above, Sky have call centres in the UK, not just India, and they'll quite happily transfer you if you do happen to get through to India. Seems like you've cut off your nose to spite your face there OP. Hey ho.

When I`ve been ringing Orange for the past 3 weeks and telling them the same things time after time then yes it`s a chore, and my problem still isn`t rectified.

Like I said If you can argue my actual point instead of the old "You don`t like Indians" card then go ahead!!
