yes Midnight Cowboy, what a difference one word can make indeed, forward Price to Earnings ratio.

It's a great company no doubt, however to justify the current valuation they need to double their earnings this year and double them again next year! Then the PE ratio will be ~20

In my opinion, the value is all in the price unless of course they are are going to continue the stellar growth rate in 2011 and beyond...

The futures bright, the grass is always greener.
If it takes a man a week to walk to walk a fortnight how long does it take a fly with tackity boots on to walk through a barrel of treacle?
  • Yes I have no doubts that their earnings will increase, but to increase at that rate will be a tall order.
  • Rhino, the Vestor IPO is indeed interesting; maybe we should start a new thread...?

anyone know how i can apply for the Vector IPO?? I am very interested in applying for that..

Details of the brokers accepting applications for this offer are listed on the Vector Hospitality website (for instance Selftrade)

Though, if you already have a broker, ask them as some are not listed on that page but are accepting applications (Halifax I believe, for example)

    Regards
