Was going to say, from what I've heard from anyone, classes like that are all well and good in practise but they dont necessarily work the way they should.
Friend of mine said when you've not lost or have gained youre treated like some social leper!
Have you looked into getting more advice on new exercises to add into your regime, I've heard the body can get too used to an exercise plan and that can affect the weight loss.
Green tea can also help increase your body's metabolic weight.
Confession, I work in tea and coffee so its something I know a fair bit about, anymore advice on that just drop me a PM.
But well done on the weight loss so far, thats excellent stuff!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

You can always go and look at it, then decide not to take it! I did that with a random Christmas card that I couldn't decipher the writing on!:rotfl:0 -

BAUK You're not doing too badly hun. Important thing is not to beat yourself up over it, if you do you're more likely to just throw the towel in and go crazy!
As we all know if you go over, you go over, but you more often than not definitely learn something, normally about ourselves, and whats triggered it, and how to stop it from happening in the future!
You're so right - I was in such a bad mood I decided I couldn't be bothered to write in my spending diary and would pack it in for the week, but I saw the light on the train on the way home and was very good and filled it in. All back to normal now.
Well done you as well - nothing so far :T0
