Well I don't know what happened there! One minute I had a £10 note in tact in my wallet and then it was gone! I really was very bad as I didn't know what I was spending it on, so I think I'd better scratch last week and start again! That's not a very good advert for saving money is it?!

    Right - Starting again!
Chalk it up/down to experience and keep on going. The first weeks are the worst- then you get into the swing of it and can barely part with any money- unnecessary or not.

Off to see financial advisor tomorrow to maximise my interest earnt on the money I have, as interest free loan to DD will not be earning anything - except her undying gratitude:rotfl:

considering whether to take advantage of 6mths subscription to Eve for £6.00 to get hold of the freebies worth £23.00:confused:

Has anyone checked out the Boots thread- there are some seriously commited people there, maybe that should read- need commiting:eek:

    So very true.........

Will be a no spender for me as I dont plan on leaving the house today. Have a very sore armpit (yes I'm sure you all wanted to know!) and my throat is a bit sore, so a lazy day for me :T

Got to pay council tax and credit card bill today and thats the height of my excitement :o

I ended up buying OH and I a chippy last night after our nice walk along the beach, so there's £8 gone! I started last Wednesday though so if I don't spend anything today then I've come in alright :)

I could always take it out of the food budget... Lol!
